Providing scholarship to Macedonian students

The objective of the project is to provide scholarship to Macedonian students who have difficulty with financing their university studies to in order to help them have an effective say in the future of Macedonia.

Poor economic situation of Macedonia has major implications for national education. An educational system based on decade-old practices and methods and shortage of technical equipment negatively affect performance of educators and students alike. Add to that is the widespread poverty among students, which makes pursuing an education almost impossible. Most of Macedonian students have to work part-time to fund their education. Raising scholarship to improve quality of education and pay for tuition, books, materials, etc is a common practice performed worldwide.
