IHH provides humanitarian relief to Thailand

IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation has provided emergency humanitarian relief to Thailand which has been hit by the worst floods of the past 50 years. IHH aid teams delivered aid packages to flood victims in the capital city of Bangkok and Pathum Thani.

With the fall of water levels, life is returning back to normal in Bangkok where daily life has been paralyzed by heavy rains since July. As rains turned into floods, IHH teams went to the region to deliver aid to the flood victims.

IHH teams delivered aid packages to 700 families in Bangkok and Pathum Thani in addition to providing them with clean water.

Reports say that floods which have been affecting the country for weeks have led to substantial damage in the country. 600 people have reportedly lost their lives in the floods while more than 2 million have been affected.
