How you can support?
1. You can donate food aid boxes
IHH will hold food aid box distributions as a part of the 2011 Ramadan Campaign both within Turkey and in other countries.
One food aid box contains:
Wheat flour, tea, olive, vegetable oil, salt, jam, sugar, lentil, chickpea, bulgur, dried beans, rice, pasta and halva.
You, too, can meet the nutritional needs of families and put a smile on their faces by donating as many of the above-explained food aid boxes as you like.
One food aid box costs 60 TL.
2. You can sponsor iftars together with our Mobile Iftar Kitchen in Turkey.
You can sponsor mobile iftar kitchen events in 26 cities in Turkey together with IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation. You, too;
- Are able to sponsor the whole iftar event per day in one city served by our mobile kitchen.
- You can sponsor an iftar meal for one or more people.
An iftar meal per person costs 5 TL.
3. You can support orphans financially and/or give them festive gifts and clothing.
In our 2011 Ramadan Campaign, priority will be given to the orphans of Turkey and other countries and to their families, iftar events will be held for those orphans, educational aid and stationery goods will be delivered to them in addition to festive gifts and clothing items. When necessary, financial aid will be given to the orphans as well.
You, too, can give festive gifts and clothes to as many orphans as you like.
Our orphan support programs are held on an ongoing basis or as regular aid campaigns.
You, too, can sponsor an child orphaned by various reasons in different regions of the world.
Festive gifts cost 70 TL per child.
4. You can sponsor the educational needs of students.
As a part of IHH’s 2011 Ramadan Campaign, students in Turkey and in other parts of the world will be provided with educational support and stationery items as aid.
You too can help us distribute stationery items sets to students. One set of stationery items costs 25 TL.
5. You can send you zakat and sadaqa via IHH to those who are in need.
IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation will transfer the zakat, sadaqa, fitr and other donations of people in Turkey to those who are in need of help in war, occupation and disaster areas all over the world through its 2011 Ramadan Campaign. You, too, can send your zakat and sadaqa via IHH to those who are in need. *
