Funds raised through the charity sale which was organized to support the people of Palestine are transferred to IHH (The Foundation For Human Rights And Freedoms And Humanitarian Relief). The delightful items handcrafted by local female volunteers of IHH and home-made food with traditional recipes of the region were some of the highlights from the charity sale.

Ali Murat Kayhan, District Governor of Macka, Ertugrul Genc, Municipal Mayor, Bilal Gungor, Chief of Local Police Department, Chief of Municipality’s Bureau of Education and Mufti of town, in addition to numerous people from the general public visited the charity sale. Locals showed great interest in the charity sale.

The income of the charity sale has been donated to the flotilla campaign which will embark on its journey towards the end of May, led by IHH.
