The IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation is planning to open a second orphanage in Mindanao (Moro), the Philippines. The orphanage will be entirely financed by the fair organized by IHH woman volunteers in Başakşehir. The fair was inaugurated by Başakşehir Mayor Mevlüt Uysal, IHH Deputy President Yavuz Dede and Ahmet Selim Köroğlu, district head of AK Party. Members of the IHH executive board, scores of volunteers and Başakşehir residents were present at the inauguration ceremony.   

Glassware, gifts, food products, textile products, and handicrafts are put on display at the fair. Mayor Uysal walked the fair after inauguration and thanked the volunteer women for their effort. Concerned citizens are urged to support the fair that will remain open for two weeks.
