IHH has installed solar panels on Dar al-Arqam School which serves 1.300 students in Jabaliya neighbourhood in Gaza.

Dar al-Aqkam school established with the recommendation of late Sheikh Ahmet Yasin was having a hard time to continue providing education due to power cuts. Hence, IHH's Gaza office took action to provide a permanent solution to the problem and installed solar panels generating electricity that will allow the school continue education without any drawbacks.

Ships are ready, the Freedom Flotilla sail towards Gaza!
Bülent Yıldırım, the President of the Humanitarian Relief Foundation (IHH), inspected two purchased ships for the International Freedom Flotilla. Yıldırım stated, "This cargo ship has a capacity of 5,500 tons and its name is Anadolu. It will carry our country's aid and compassion to Gaza. The name of other ship is Vicdan (Conscience). This ship will accommodate conscientious activists from around the world and deliver the conscience of the world to the shores of Gaza."
